Yeah depends on the bar, though a 3 rounder would cost about 15€ in a regular drinking hole.

Yeah but Finnish people don't plan their drinking like that. It's go to bar -> drink as much as X -> leave.

As an added info; if someone from a table goes to get a drink, it's polite to ask if someone else wants something. Then they usually give the money for that, or pay when they return. If you do however bring a drink to a friend it is considered a gift of sorts and you shouldn't expect a drink in return(although usually people do return favors).

Having spent many years in the industry I can assure you that this is very much not the case! It's just a blur that's keeping them from doing other jobs they need to do which will eventually lead to them getting a bollocking because 90% of managers in the service industry are cunts.
