MLs still take too long to do.

It's still too hard to get lvl 50.

We only get 1500ish rps per solo kill!?

All items that are needed as pre-reqs for ML steps etc are buyable from merchants! I want them for free!

Arti's are too hard to get still, why make me have to get scrolls? Just give them to me!

Oh and make the 1st mob I kill at lvl 1 drop 100plat cos i cba to farm money to earn my way through this game...



By the way this is called sarcasm, why the hell has this game been made so ridiculously easy??!!??!! Just make it an insta 50/SCed/MLed/rr5 server and be done with it.

as i reeeeheeally dont like PvE i must say that theese changes are roxxors
ala boxxors. It shouldnt take months to have a char RvR rdy. Isnt this similar
to SI patch when u could have a char rdy for RvR in 2-3 days ? Thought that
was what peeps wanted.

Its been a while now since ToA released. I think its damn time to give pplz who dont have the needs to get proper equipment a chance to get a good template together now and enjoy the game how its ment to be...

Im pretty happy with the changes, I realy like it when everybody has good equipment to play with. Last too years it was ROGMasterJay!!! and now we're about to become Arti-King and Queen!!! (for everybody that is)

I got GoLM for my inf template ages ago when the arti only just came out. I know exactly how hard it was to farm scrolls. Hell I spent about 8 hours soloing on my reaver to farm GoV scrolls too!

It means there is an element of effort into making a character and the fact that some things are hard to come by means team work is involved on a regular basis.

Can't hack making a char the way everyone else has had to make one? Boo ****ing hoo. Go play CS if you want insta pwnage ¬.¬

nice one, i have done 3 chars fully toa, and am attempting to redo one of them

so yeh i have been through the effort enough thanks, in fact fuking months of effort .. and i don't mind effort but i do mind blatent tedium

So the fact that you have fully SCed and MLed etc etc 3 chars the regular hard way, and it's taken you plenty of time and effort, and some other idiot could come along and do what took you months of time in a month doesn't piss you off?

It winds me up something chronic.

So it takes people 3-4 months to get a char from 1-50, ML10, fully SCed CL5 and RR5. That doesn't seem like a fair amount of time? sorry but it seems totally fair to me. We aren't all meant to have all 8 char slots filled with fully kitted out chars, mmorpgs are meant to be about developing a character within the community aswell as level wise and so on.

Oh no, sorry I'm mistaken. Mythic have decided to play their only trump card in the mmorpg world...

"We have rvr! The leveling system, crafting system, Questing system and artifact system might be total bog shite. But we still got rvr... please give us your money."

not really - time and effort is one thing and something I and many others have no problem with, but shear tedium (such as mindless farming for 1 stupid scroll) is another and the reason alot of in game friends left in the first place and led to me leaving also.

There is a few things that need looking at thoughtout the game. but with players leaving because of the time factor to get 50 and get sc'd and stuff they have made these changes to getting artis/scrolls/rp's etc etc

Im not saying they are all good. but i agree with Tsabo that they have made the game slightly to easy mode. which has proberly annoyed some ppl as it took ages to get scrolls and artis etc etc.

The main selling point atm with daoc is RVR. thats it. its the only thing this game has which makes it the best around the pvp combat system is so much better compaired to any other around.

I find this patch both good and bad..
Good side is ofc. I can toa my fotminfil alot quicker
Downside beeing that ToA pve wich I really enjoyed, is now completely dead=/
