Albion = DaoC played on Medium level
Midgård = DaoC played on Hard level

It is not possible that an underpopulated realm can go and earn more RP in such a long time as hibs on pryd have done, without some help, i.e. you get help from Mythic powering up your chars, any idiot around make some shrooms, and the other 2 realms are butt fu-cked.

I never thought it should come to this, but i have really concidered if it is not about time alb and mid think of them selves, share the frontier of hib in 2 halves, and keeping the troublesome realm inside the gate.

I have absolutely no respect for hibernian players, they get EVERYTHING for free atm, overpowered chars, and 50% discount on keep holding, i am sure the IRA has done some lobbyism towards Mythic cause situation is quite rediculus.

Of cause you can hear where i play, Mid yes, im not the big rvr player, i will never be, cause the PVE part is much funnier to me, but enemies like Albion we have a fair chance, I have the greatest respect for the albs, i have meet the past 3 years, until NF came i hardly saw any hibs, just as leechers and the dogs of the albs, when they saw that they could leech something from the albion table. They only attacked when it did not interfear with albions plans, they are good for nothing.

I've never taken the time to try build a decent group, and I think it sucks to have to do that to stand a chance versus high RR players.
The game would be much more fun if anyone could just go out in RvR and kill anything, no matter if you put work in it or not.
Ah well, guess I'll stick to PvE and whine about overpowered characters instead of trying to pull my thumb out of my ass and try change things.

OK can you explain your logic? On the one hand we are overpowered and have an easy win because we all have shrooms and Hibis easy mode DaoC. Yet on the other we are crap. Take time to explain then this apprent paradox and you might get a more reasoned response.

I must check out those Nightshade spells again I must have missed something when I was agonisingly trying to PvE with a class that sucks at most things other than hiding. But apparently according to you I missed the shroom spells!!!! Damn!! I knew there was something!!

As for last night I had a very rough time. I was walking around with a ram in my pocket - could not find someone to buff me, got ganked by several very large groups of Mids and Albs five times in a row. (rightly so too)

I had double rezz sickness at once stage, was walking even slower and in the end I packed it up because I just could not get a decent group together. Playing with random groups can be very rewarding but it can also hurt a lot. So last night was forgettable for me. Others had a great time so good for them.

So just what was your point again? Have you actually got a point here?

Aye, never go to original zones, other than sauvage. Mainly because mythic made it so that you don't need to go there anymore, like you used to, even tho new people might. Don't have to go to cam anymore to craft, or stuff like that, just for free equip :/
The /level 20 isn't helping the new players either :x

All the starting zones made sense when there were hundreds of new players together, old servers and 56K modems. Spread all the new players to mularn, vasudheim, fort atla and galplen so you don't have hundreds everywhere slowing all.

Now, with a fraction of those new players, bigger pcs and broadband it doesn't make any sense ... it's much better if those few meet all together in a single village, just imagine a new one starting in Fort Atla or some other area out of normal routes. I think they will also move there all the trainers - maybe we should send there the guild recruiters too, it should be far easier (and better for both).

A nice idea, just one year late.

you must also rember that they have nerfed them to hell and back just because of that.
And to be honest it seems to me that best tactic and most zerging, is what wins keep/tower fights.
If you inteend to class hibernia as an overpowerd realm please do so, but research abit first and play some more fg vs fg rvr to get a better perspective :wub:

I lick my shrooms and own albs with my lifetap QQ. Wouldnt say albs or mids are respecterable with there hunter/scout zergs which are just as bad as hibs id guess, I Hate sorcs having speed,Pet,Beter LT then my ani,Aoe mez but do you here me QQ that often?(Piss's me of yes and i surely have mentioned it). I neither love nor hate Albion and Midgard players. They are players like everyone else. It's a game, therefore hate and love are some very extreme feelings.

Btw. I don't love or hate mobs as it doesn't make any sense. They are a routine running on a computer system and will neither change nor be influenced by feelings. They are simple bits and bytes that are calculated in a machine.

In case of roleplaying there might be some things like love etc. but that would be as it is... playing a role.
