Problem with new acc

I bought a new acc with all the expansions, goa sent me all the cd keys to my -email adress, i go to the acc management and put the ones into the right place ( i need to put the cata cd key on the cata line to be able to activate darkness rising and then lotm expansions ) but ALL the time it says cd -key is not valid, i mean wtf, im copiying it from the mail they sent to me, any tips if im doing sumit wrong or-..??

Have you checked to see if it actually works? It might have activated that expansion already and so that why its saying its a duplicate.

Alternatively there may be some error and you just need to wait a few hours and try again.

You really should use rightnow to fix a problem like this though, they will reply pretty quickly to issues like this.
