i only read this as far as page 3, if it got any better or changed subject since then im sorry but i couldnt be assed to read it
private raids dont have a god-given right to the dungeon, and if no one knows theres going to be a raid involving a serious amount of people, private or open, before they pull monsters then you cant blame them.
also no griefing blah blah but thats just common sense. and the whole thing is just common sense.
i think it can be summed up as such:-

easy!
you take down 1fg to focus pull galla, and when you kill the first mob, the 12h respawn timer starts.
if it should happen that a raid is moveing down there after 10 hours, the dungeon will start to repop as they kill the mobs and that is a problem.

okay guys this is how i see things:
Nobody focus pulls in there in Xfear or Saadyst raid days ok? thats just common curtesy since these are established raids.
yes i know that nobody should have the right to claim a dungeon, but galla aint just another dungeon.. it works completely different to anything else in hibernia.
now.. here it get's controversial.. if u gonna farm galla on other days... dont charge silly amount for the stuff.. make it so what u done just benefited the whole of hibernia and not just yourself.
if u farm there on non-raid days then u lucky tbh.. u got the power to do so.. make it count ffs. stuff sitting in your vault awaiting the so called right bid could benefit someone in rvr.
galla should be there for all hibernia, not just peeps who can farm it. then we get big class divide. yes i know i have farmed it myself with boni, but i have always thought this. i would rather stuff gets put to good use than gets wasted.. always been my philosphy in this game.

It's clear that Eneq does not present his point well and that he presents much which is easily debatable. So many of you focus on this and spend many paragraphs in pointless arguement and personal attacks. You charge blindly in and do not stop to consider how he has arrived at this point of view.

I have to agree with the subject.
If all private invite only galla raids could claim galla . When do the smaller guilds or groups of friends have a chance.
They dont thats the prob , CF do 1 raid a week CBH VGN PDC etc etc
then we have all the days booked. When do the small guilds have a chance then.
Its the same as CF all of a sudden says you all leave emain we want it today. If they said that everyone would have been laughing there asses of but with galla.
Another example PDC for example says today we claim CM to plevel all our people then we are gonna camp fins thats not done either.
Problem is if you allow claim for private galla raids I know loads of people wont like it and hibbie will have loads more hostility.

Yeah let's treat this dungeon like all others, let's not communicate at all and let everyone come in whenever they feel like it.
I imagine this: 1 fg is killing mob A, 1 fg is killing mob B, both groups finish and walk to mob C and yay.. let's fight over who came to mob C first. While fighting... oops... 12 hour timer sets off and both groups get whiped. Nice scenario isn't it? A very likely one too.
I feel sorry for everyone that fails to see that Galla is a different dungeon then other places and should be treated accordingly. Everyone can enjoy this dungeon fully with some communicating and a little respect for eachother. Focuspulling "whenever i feel like it without checking who is in there of if someone has anything planned" is not the way to help everyone enjoy this dungeon.
And eneq, the topic u started is one that should be discussed. Too bad only you suck so bad at discussing since you keep changing your views and standards and accuse people of misinterpretating you while all they do is respond to what u wrote. Apparently you won't take the effort to explain yourself better and now you choose to change your own topic into a bullshit topic yourself. That really makes me wonder why u started this topic in the first place... i gather u were not looking to find a solution at all.
