Wait and see.....

Kaka is nailed on. Ribery is 99% and Villa/Ronaldo 50/50. I dont know who the other targets are. Possibly Alonso and someone else.

Ronaldo leaving Man utd to go to Real is about as close as I am to banging Megan fox tonight.

vlad, who going to be your manager for the second part of next season? You got your man that will take you to new year but who is his replacement from January?

Guus has been instated as our technical director, so we will not have seen the last of him ;)

Seriously though, if Ancelotti makes the right transfers in and out (all these rumours about Essien swapping with Pirlo can foad) of the club, and builds upon the work Guus has done, he can't go wrong.

He hasn't fit in with our system too well, and he's also been injured -- usually from England duty. Capello does seem to like him as the battering ram up front, though, so it seems probable that he will play.

In midfield I would think Gerrard will play wide left and Barry/Lampard in the middle. AFAIK Carrick is injured, so its not a matter of him being dropped because of his Champions League horror show.

rally he should take not of the leauge if he's a good manager tho, drop heskey play gerrard in behind rooney and lampard / barry pairing in central midfield

Kaka nailed on, so much so here is his latest statement
..............

The 27-year-old said: "I'll say it for the last time, the last time, I don't want to leave Milan.

"In this period I prefer to remain silent because I don't want to be misunderstood.

"To the millions of Milan supporters, I say that I have made my choice. I have said what I want to stay.

"Leave me in peace, please."

And Ancelotti said on saturday he would 100% be at Milan next season.

Just wait and see....

No That is not all Ancelotti said, you are picking your quotes to suit your purpose.

ancelotti in the same press conference said that he would want to have the opportunity to manage chelsea.

You can quote these things any way you want and infer different things, it's why we have so much sports gossip that is complete make belief.

from bbc
Ancelotti, speaking before the 3-2 defeat by Roma on 24 May, had said: "It's 100% certain I will still be at Milan next year."

But he added: "I am open to anything. It's obvious I would say yes if you ask me if I would love to coach Chelsea."

This is a bizarre move. Ireland, Robinho, Kompany, De Jong, Wright Phillips, Elano, Jonhson. And now Barry? How do you git all those mid fielders into one squad? Kompany and De Jong were only just signed, and Barry would have to replace on of them.

And so much for his ambition to play champions league if this is true.

Why would Barry have to replace De Jong? A midfield trio of De Jong, Barry and Ireland would be quality. Wright-Phillips on one wing, Robinho up front, you're just one quality winger away from a decent side there.

Kompanys position of choice is centre back. Maybe this is where Hughes sees his future?

there a complete difference in what the two said though. you put a small part of what he siad, but take it in the full context and it translates to:

Ancelloti - Im 100% at milan unless chelsea offer me the position then i will like to go there instead.

compared to Kaka - Im staying at milan as this is where i want to be at this stage of my career.

Kaka may leave, but it not a certainity as you proclaimed (or your friend proclaimed). He doesnt want to change his team therefore it would depend if Milan want the money and basically forces him out... the thing to remember is Kaka has never needed money as unlike most Brazilians he is from a very wealthy family, so unlike Ronaldo he isnt looking to chase the cash.

I doubt Villa are "offloading", more that Barry wants a new challenge/big pay cheque for his last contract. It makes a mockery of his comments that he wanted to play in the Champions League.

Good passer of the ball, good guy to have around ... but if he's not committed to the cause lets get him gone. Moreover we would have much more balance with a proper attacking midfielder alongside Petrov. Barry is a good defensive midfielder, but he is hardly dangerous in the box or likely to play a thru ball.

Good luck to him and thanks for all the memories. Much better to get this done now and have time to find a replacement imho.

Not enough goals from that midfield, and robinho aint gonna win nothing in the air so it's pointless playing wingers that like to cross the ball in.

You have missed Petrov who is a very good left winger, and forgot all about Bellamy who had a pretty decent year.

The only way to get them all in is 3-5-2

Depends how they want to play. That set-up would be a quality counter attacking side, with two wingers cutting in a la Messi/Ronaldo/Robben etc.

If they wanted to be a 4-5 goals a game kind of side, it wouldn't work. obviously.

I had not thought of that, good point.

Sky sports have confirmed the Barry move for £12million. Think Wenger missed a trick by not chasing him.

De Jong will sit in front of the back 4, with ireland supporting the attack. Barry will link the 2

This transfer window is going to be very interesting. I think Real Madrid will buy Kaka, Alonso, Agger/Garay, silva and possibly David Villa.

So where are all the old RM players ending up? I think Sneijder is going to replace Kaka at Milan, and I bet manchester city is going to buy one or two of them :)

Ronaldo is staying. RM can't afford him with all the other players they want.

Ribery -> City? they've got plenty of midfielders already, but I can't see where else he should be going.

Edit: uh oh, kaka ready for madrid http://goal.com/en/news/12/spain/20...-real-madrid-agree-kaka-transfer-says-spanish - im 100% sure this time. Especially after Berlusconis latest comments

Wiki is saying Kaka is now a Madrid player, but obviously that's hardly a reputable new source. They're citing Sky Sports News/Marca as their source.
