Mystic_G posted a picture edited to include the word Fucking on the next page of the same thread and he didn't get a ban.
On this occasion the mod has screwed up royally, and is not big enough to admit his mistake and reinstate the offended party immediatly and without predjudice. The mod is also too weak to take action against the other people who breach the very T+C's you mention. No doubt there's every chance that the mod will take action against me for pointing out what an idiot he appears to me to be behaving like in this instance.
I know that a company has to protect itself, and I'm all in favour of stronger moderation. Some of the recent bans are more than justified. Just on this occasion someone has got it horribly wrong.

You can't have a culture where some have to obey the rules and some don't, that's been tried in a whole bunch of places, Germany in the late '30's to mid'40's for instance, the Soviet Union, South Africa during Apartheid maybe?
It doesn't work it's just oppression.
Lets have the T+C's applied evenly accross the board, not banning of random people because someone doesn't like the way they look, or some equally inane reason.

Clown? Leggy's been banned a few times and I don't understand why, I've been banned a few times but then I'm a twat and deserved it in most cases.
One of the issues was that all of a sudden people cared about the flaming and so forth that went on and there no warning, the mods just came down like a ton of bricks on those who were walking the line. Whether they crossed it or not is arguable, as the line moved - not them.

I dont know the circumstances of why they were banned. But they did get banned.....unfortunately life isnt fair.
I am aware, however, that if they speak to the mod responsible for their banning they can come back.
Correct me if I'm wrong here but even Bodhi and cage. were given chances to come back but due to their actions after their original banning they killed their chances of coming back.
I dont see what the problem is really.
