My point was that most of the mods do a great job ie the forums to some extent self moderate. Now I am not a mod, I can quite openly say that Jup (when he manages to be active) inflames a situation more than calms it which in my view is not the point of a mod

Having a mixture of mods means we can (and do) sometimes discuss contentious issues and decide on what action to be taken with varying views in the mix. The flip side is that some mods will be less tolerant than others. Also, please don't mistake being 'quiet' on the forum to be the same as 'inactive'

Rubbish I find meg and TdC mod the more contentious issues far better than you do.... You forget I used to mod these forums so I am fully aware if how little you discuss your knee jerk actions... That and if it is after 5pm you are usually drunk so cover up your mistakes with I'm Tony's second in command like it or fuck off
