"1) Barrows advisor room - iirc the pathing here was v bad allowing you to nuke at safe range with very little threat"
Actualy nothing was ever changed to the pathing... you "can still exploit" that room with any form of long ranged damage do-er. What was changed was the spawn rate. It used to be possible to stand uptop the room with upto 3 groups and keep chain pulling the top part of it.
It got nerfed because "none smite" "none ice" albs whined that (especially smite) clerics could level to fast there and groups didn't find any clerics... hell, we where all in Barrows soloing.
2) Pygmy/tree chains - chain pulling was a feature that wasnt intended and was fixed ? how many of us lvled to 50 in this way ?
Chain pulling has always been a part off the game. Tanglers where nerfed because (yet again) Albs whinned to much that Cabalists (and to a lesser extent sorc's) could actualy solo tangler pulls. The Albions where angry as, like the quoted one says, "they" couldn't level there any more.
Been playing this game long enough, hell since before the Euro-beta, and all I haven learnt from Mythic is that if enough people whinne things will get "fixed." BUT, they will "always" get fixed as to come bite the whinners back in the arse.
Cabbies don't solo tanglers anymore... noone even group-kills em anymore. Is this the cabbies fault ? Or the people who kept whinning about it ?
3) teleport holes - holes in dungeons walls/floors allowing quick transport to bindstone
I actualy heard from a group, that "accidently" stubbeling into a hole (hey, I like to play inconnu... they smaller then the holes) could get you banned for sometime ??
