Actualy nothing was ever changed to the pathing... you "can still exploit" that room with any form of long ranged damage do-er. What was changed was the spawn rate. It used to be possible to stand uptop the room with upto 3 groups and keep chain pulling the top part of it.

It got nerfed because "none smite" "none ice" albs whined that (especially smite) clerics could level to fast there and groups didn't find any clerics... hell, we where all in Barrows soloing.

2) Pygmy/tree chains - chain pulling was a feature that wasnt intended and was fixed ? how many of us lvled to 50 in this way ?

Chain pulling has always been a part off the game. Tanglers where nerfed because (yet again) Albs whinned to much that Cabalists (and to a lesser extent sorc's) could actualy solo tangler pulls. The Albions where angry as, like the quoted one says, "they" couldn't level there any more.

Been playing this game long enough, hell since before the Euro-beta, and all I haven learnt from Mythic is that if enough people whinne things will get "fixed." BUT, they will "always" get fixed as to come bite the whinners back in the arse.

Cabbies don't solo tanglers anymore... noone even group-kills em anymore. Is this the cabbies fault ? Or the people who kept whinning about it ?

3) teleport holes - holes in dungeons walls/floors allowing quick transport to bindstone

I actualy heard from a group, that "accidently" stubbeling into a hole (hey, I like to play inconnu... they smaller then the holes) could get you banned for sometime ??

Peeps who moan about someone else getting good XP and cant show common decency are the unguilded cabalists who 2-years ago pulled the pygme-spawn and ruining XP for 2-3 fg level 40~.

thing is those cabbys who could pull the whole tangler beach and farm 20-30 gobbos per pull in about 30 seconds were prolly mostly the poor chaps who gave up at about lvl40 3 years ago due to a total useless class at that time. Was nice to see them ppl beg them to be the loot boy instead of the poor solo cabby getting completly ignored by FGs who wanted just one more paladin in the barrows.

If people don´t read boards, it´s their own fault. You can´t expect people to stand around in Diogel, yelling "hey! good xp spot at the beach". It´s not like this spot is some kind of 1337 mystic thing, exclusively for those "in the know". We get patched shortly after they get the nerf.
Some off the european players read US boards, get the info... experiment and then abuse in their turn....whines start over here cause not everybody is able to abuse it (always camped or something)

i think that the main reason for all these nerfing is just to "try" and let all ppl do the same efford for the same reward.
Game(xp) time is , should be, nearly equal for all ppl (aside from the PL).
Mythic shortened the Xp-grind enough already.

I know that in 1.71 you can not make the orcs spawn so fast so yes it is concidered bug abuse to do so.

thor, i think that the spot can still be used to pl, from what i get the only thing that "should" have changed is the frequency by which the event can be restarted.... so nothing changes, it just "got" nerfed like they did with all exploitable spots.

keeping in mind that none (i think) of the GOA personel are GENUINE English ppl i think t is permitted for ppl to make typos.

Compare that to the average level off english the NATIVE inhabbitants from England use......this still exceeds the level off understanding off that language.

as for the game documentation on the spot , eventually, if it would be altered , i haven't found anything in patch notes myselfe. But then minor changes like the change in baff-caodes (i think) aren't documented. To little changes to make note off it i think.
