And yet another update:

They (the subscription people) are now synchronising the subscription databases and the actual game databases. This means that people who have registered in the past but who's accounts have not been reactivated should now be able to logon normally.


My previous post still holds though.

I still cant get on mine. My subscription ended for some days ago, just gotten back to daoc so is pretty sad atm but when u guys fix it I be happy again

My account wont let me update anything, or log into game, sub runs out on 12th and if it renews auto I will be realy pissed off.

Only thing can do is log into my sub page and see info!

Rightnow thinks I dont exist!

if try lost pass it says my email isn't in there bloody database! (even though i just looked at my subs info)

subs says invoice in process so cant update!

Game log in says Account Terminated see customer service (the nice people who havent replied for 6 fooking days)

And after 6 days of asking rightnow (via other account) they havent even been nice enough to answer.

Only thing I have managed to do is cancel my auto renew on my working account, as I refuse to pay more till I get some responce!!!!!!!!!
