OOH how frustrating this is...waited a week to get second TOA copy when I ordered it, It finally arrived on Wednesday, I am really excited to get online and what happens?? stupid page is down as of 7AM that morning. Now its Saturday evening and it still doenst work ..and all I need is to get the activate expansion button to work ( aaaargh..

Al this is hilarious, I left my US account for 1 day and i cant even log in properly for the EU one. I have faith in GOA tho, I know what its like in this kind of environment. You've never laughed hard enough untill you've seen a whle building full of customer service people panic cos the phonelines have just been cut and its a BT customer service building

Oh btw Im feelin ok with the whole problem, but there are a lot of drugs waftin in the air in student halls and my eyes are still read from crying profusely.

apparantly it's because the flash has badly loaded the XML information so make sure you have the updated Flash Player 7.0 driver/file thinggies...

I got to thinking.. For those of us who have been playing a long time ( 2 years for me) without any breaks in payment, we should be re funded this week
I tried to put my account on auto renewal but for some reason it has never worked.
So I have to manually do it every time it runs out. I think the least they could do for us is give us a free week
Is that asking too much?

ok you have to refresh the page to get the xml to load properly. As there are no refresh buttons on the page I've asked how exactly we're supposed to do that...

Well you dont think I really thought we would be given a free week do you? It was mostly sarcastic wishful thinking. But, I can understand that we shouldnt get a free day since they did tell us before hand it would be down. BUT they also said it would be back up the next day. So.. I think this is a bit much we are on the 5th day now. Giving out 1 or 2 days to a hand full of people is not going to hurt them, and it is good relationship. But then.. im not over that department am I?

Edit: The IBI problems should be fixed on Monday, the development team have been informed of the problem and what to do to resolve it.

will this include the ToA activation problem being fixed? (sorry to keep going on about this but its really bugging me, ive still not played ToA and the reason i activated my account again was to give it ago, kinda frustrated with the site/my luck since its down when id hoped to have skipped the activation problems by not getting the game on release day)
