Oki last night, the loading froze after i had pressed validate, so i went to bed (cause of the 3 hour? timer before the false invoice clears). Now, this morning, it froze AGAIN! i cant input my cc details... cmon...

CAN YOU PLEASE PUT THE OLD SYSTEM BACK ON WHILE YOU WORK ON THE NEW ONE!?

I will definately be expecting atleast a free week, just because of all the stress this has caused, i got back from holiday 2 days early to get a nice weekend of daoc but... you know the rest.

Hi I'm new to this forum (european player)

I was able to login today (account not closed anymore) seems they are working on it, but for i have only installed the toa client it says toa is not yet registered and when i go to register it again it says: register-pages aren't available at the moment thx for being patient, but it shows as registered on account-page, and i cant get past the choose-server-page, when i do it says i'm not invited to this kind of server. have to say i have registered toa only yesterday after 5 month off of daoc seems they still have the problems with getting the xml-data connected to accounts but they are making progress
lets hope i can play again today

edit: i had the same problem of not being able to renew my account until 23:30 german time then this at least worked and my new subscription time was displayed the same minute... (paying via ELV), hope i dont spend a couple of days paying but not playing.

edit2: that does remond me somehow of Horizons, which im playing too right now, but they had not yet SUCH big issues with payment *fg*

Actually yes It started with Luca and Luca² showing up at GN who really are talking to the comunity on the board, since then AE seems to respond to this and is talking very much to the customers right now many fixes and patches are made new content added it improved clearly in the last two weeks, thats why I'm playing it still

But thats a little off-topic i think, look through http://www.tazoom.com and there on the boards many things have happened especially the last two weeks including some screwups by implementing untested code to live-servers but they show now they are definitely working on it

Fayarielle i don´t think you have to reinstall anything . just start the game with the Camelot.exe located in your shourded isles folder.

..also your disclaimer doesnt mean that much, because everywhere in the world there are laws that protect customers of this kind of customer support. I am a law-student and i studied it. No matter of your disclaimer, YOU MUST PROVIDE A GOOD SERVICE if a person has bought something from you. You just cant turn off services that people are entitled to have without compensations to your clients. There are no problems in getting a lawsuit btw.
