I preferred Tennant as he could go from goofy to dead serious, in a believable manner. Eclaire didn't quite pull off the goofy and Smith doesn't quite seem menacing.

No it would be awful if they ruined everything that made Dr Who what it is by making him a patient in a mental institute or something similar

Personally I thought the ending was awful and it was obvious that it wasn't him who got shot.

Series has lost direction since the end of the Tennant episodes, tbh.

This was hinted at long ago in the old series from the 80s in an episode called 'Silver Nemesis' - there was a woman who knew the doctors real name.

Personally I thought the ending was awful and it was obvious that it wasn't him who got shot.

Series has lost direction since the end of the Tennant episodes, tbh.

They spent endless episodes full of plot complexities and absurdities and delivered a final episode that was a level down from Big Brother dimness.
