I have a Baratza Vario to grind the beans I get from Pollards Coffee in Sheffield (best beans I've found locally). I only have a Francis Francis X1 for brewing, it's ok but it's getting a bit old and knackered now. When it dies I might just splurge on something like what you've just bought

Beans are the most important part of the whole process IMO. I've even considered roasting my own, but it seems that small roasting machines are a bit hit and miss.

ah, Francis Francis, my very first espresso machine! that brings back memories! yeah, I too am considering a bean roasting machine, but tbh it's a fairly large amount of hassle (imo) and I can get pretty awesome beans quite easilly locally and over the internets.

I feel your pain @Edmond but fear not, for years now I have been on Omerprazole which allows me to drink gallons of coffee and have no heart burn ever, my mate suffered the same as me and he only took a weeks worth of them and hasn't had heart burn since. Try them, they are a gift from the gods. You can also buy them over the counter in any chemist or ask your doctor for them if you want them cheaper.

Depends what money you've got to spare really. I've heard people saying rudders are a good addition to ED but with the X52 the twist on the stick should be enough since you've got a ton of buttons to assign as well.
I've only got a TM T-Flight HOTAS X and it does a very good job. I've got an n52 I had lying around which helps add a few extra buttons within easy reach.
ED is amazing in the Rift.

Sure I have an old N52 in a box somewhere, never really got on with it but could try it out for Elite functions. Pretty sure I don't want the Rudder Pedals, just bloody annoyed that the idiots sent the wrong thing. No idea what the law is here regards whether I'm under any obligation to send it it back, will have to check that out. They have a FOC returns policy just going to take another 3-5 days to sort out

I find the juice of large breasted virgins a little bitter. What you need are small breasted virgins, a good grinder and really long roaster. Then the juices are gently aromatic and full of flavour.
