Thanks for the video, I really enjoyed it. I can only echo the sentiments of others - very nice skills and a superb attitude.

I thought it was fantastic how you fought those three Hibs consecutively, but it would have been nice if they'd given you some time to sort yourself out before the next fight started!

I'd like to know what your RAs are, and what was that AOE DD ability you used? The disc with orange flames coming out of it?

Well, it's like this: When he is unbuffed, a Highlander Armsman is too stupid not to buff himself with all buffs. Of course, with acuity, he gets more intelligent, and realizes he does not need it, and thus he cancels it, causing him to forget all that reasoning and rebuff himself with acuity again. It's a neverending story, and finally the acuity-buffed Armsman decides to leave well be alone and just run with it.

Firstly, sorry no im not posting my template for a number of reasons, firstly it woudn't help any other Armsmen as its designed for my playstyle which is not to most Armsmens tastes, secondly even if it were its also designed for my spec which is in turn only possible at RR8 which is applicable to about 2 active Armsmen
Thirdly most would want to use Artifacts.

I was going to include my current RA's in the video but then I decided its probably not wise to give everything away.

Regarding the ability asked earlier, not sure which you mean, I have no aoe dd's not even as proc's I assume it was probably the graphics for a warlord buff.

As for the acuity buff as someone mentioned I buff it simply to increase the chances that the random buff shear abilities might strip something useless rather then something I need. I call it my anti-censi countermeasure.


Icebreaker - I've never claimed Armsmen to be gimped and if I have its only been as a joke with a smiley, I know what the class can do im happy with it, but I DO think they need some serious love to make them suitable for NF RvR.


Runolas, Thunder are brilliant, their last album Shooting at the Sun was great, but non of the songs we're suitible of that album.

The songs I chose were for a reason,

Whitesnake I chose because the lyrics were close to my attitude towards RvR.

Linkin Parks 'in the end' was me having a go at Mythic Listen to the lyrics and you'll figure it out.

Englishman On Holiday was just me trying to be funny, and im English so why not? I was just trying to say not to take the game to seriously, though I know we all do at times.

The Zephyr Song was obvious, considering the ending I thought it would be an appropriate track for the credits.

Look 10:24 in the movie, Celt Thunderer wielding a Golden Spear as MAINHAND. Its Theseas I think (cant see it properly).

Pierce main and spirit off is the dumbest combo anyhow; but you seem to know better.

Here's a clue for you: Cold gives bonus (10%) on plate and most Albs dont run with a friar-resist-bot.

with 50 odd magic resists tbh pierce would have been better. And no stealther kits up to specifically cater for plate users.

'specifically' is having a cold adze (in the case here) in your inventory?

Not downplaying Kagato his performance (he seems a tough mofo) but if he has 50% spirit resists and you keep using spirit despite his resists (you see that on first swing) its bad played. But as said: If you zerg like that it doesnt matter all that much, now does it ?

Why do you always analyze every second of a DAoC video?
Most people make these videos to show how they play their class and that they have fun doing so.
People don't play perfect all the time. I know i don't.

It's ok to make a DAoC video where you show yourself making some mistakes and in most DAoC vids, the ones you're fighting will make some mistakes too.
If someone fraps a fight where you make a mistake and include it in his video, that doesn't make you a bad player!
So what if some of them used the wrong weapon. Maybe they didn't really want to do their best, because they were already 4 vs 1 and wanted to give Kagato a chance?

I can't remember seeing a video from you, Puppet.
Are you still trying to record a fight where you are playing perfectly?
