Last week I failed on one of the Trials due to a dungeon bug, and Right Now refuse to do anything about it except to wish me luck when I try again. What a shower! Two weeks ago I sent them the method for getting at those CM items they've bollixed up the display of : two reminders later and it still hasn't appeared an Camelot Europe. Not enough commercial mileage in it I suppose. What do these people think they're there for?
How to alienate paying customers : employ Customer Support that doesn't and Right Now that isn't.
