Sounds like a minor nerf to melee but isn't this in fact a bigger nerf to only the tanks in caster heavy groups (or groups containing casters at all)?

Every Hib group doesnt need 5 chanters in and everyone knows Alb tank groups are the way forward

I don't think healing puts you in combat as I can use MCL straight after I've got a heal off.

Doesn't initiate your combat timer, but gives the to-hit bonus.
