*Prepares usual religious baiting alert response*

Everyone is entitled to their own opinion and while there are religious on this board who don't go glorifying their beliefs into you so could you please not do the same?
Not following a religion is as strong a belief in a lot of you as following one is for some others.

The majority of people with a belief are capable of discussing it in mature and thoughtful terms, rather than ranting in "I'm right you're wrong" taunts.
Yes there are exceptions, and as with all things the minority only brand everyone else, they don't represent them. Surely you are intelligent enough to know that for yourselves though?

A purpose, becasue they can't live on their own, always accepting things at face value, instead of searching the truth.

And that Truth people is

SCIENCE RULES! (in a sense that it has answers to certain questions, not that it is better than anything in my life)

This is neither a refutation of religion or God. Just as science offers you a creed you follow, so does religion. May I remind you that science offers you not 'Truth' (why the hell you've capitalised an abstract I have no idea), but an interpretation. I'm awaiting your mighty arguements.

Well, to my knowledge, this is how it breaks down, mah homies.

The group of people who went on to become the first group of jehovah's witnesses were trundling through some desert and they stumbled across some other spastic culture who worshipped Yay-who (phonetics, liek!), which written down, had no vowels. The Jehovah bunch who at this point were floundering around without any nice godaroon decided to thieve this, but rename it slightly. And to this day its spelt the same. Theft.

This is all alledged, because I really can't be bothered to find the proof you'll all want, or whatever. Also, I might be wrong.
