I once accidentally threw a Molotov to give people cover whilst in the lift on the No Mercy campaign and everyone got in and the doors closed so the Molotov bounced off the door and came back in and set the lift on fire. Lets just say my mates weren't happy as we died one by one.

had a random moment this morning, played L4d Last night fine; had a few l4d2 updates and a grfx card update go through steam. Then trying to open steam this morning had the "Don't run steam in compatible mode" error. Checked online for anwsers they were to, check properties of the .exe and un-check compatible mode or to delete/edit something in the registry.

Did the checking of properties and nothing was ticked on any shortcuts, and I'm never confident enough to start deleting things I don't know about. Luckily I have a recent back-up after installing CoD so I clicked Cancel/ignore, Steams running fine so far. Weird.

I've had that. Once it runs in compatible mode it turns to shit. I had to reinstall steam to sort it last time!

I remember last year I had a few games against this pro team at I37 and OMG they killed us all before we even saw the first Safe House, in the next game we mixed teams so we could learn things from them and they moved so fast, I had a job to keep up. I have played it since day 1 and they knew things I didn't even remotely know about.

Yeah there's a few spots on some maps where there's a Point of No Return, and a smoker or hunter can get a kill. Those are things I'm finding out now on maps I don't play as much as others. What I'm hating is random ppl insulting me because I do poor dmg, when I'm actually assisting the smoker/hunter so they can incapacitate ppl. It's not a big deal since I was complemented by my team the other day for being awesome, when my play time is 4-5 hours on l4d2 hehe. Guess it just depends on the people you get teamed up with.

Left 4 Dead is definitely a game where working together reaps rewards and glory hunters are just complete cocks.
