From what i can understand they will release yet another client before final beta starts, that everyone will be forced to download. I'm not 100% sure about that tho, but judging by this thread that might be the case

That client rollout has already happened, everyone had to update to the localized version a couple of weeks ago

Make sure you click the EN tab first so you download the English version, it also has the large patch on there too, to save you having to use Blizzards great inbuilt download proggy. Course if you don't want the English version feel free to go wild and download the French, German or US vers.
