The NFC is a chicken & egg problem. Retailers cant be arsed with it because no one has a phone that can do it and users wont buy the phones because retailers dont support it.

I was discussing this in depth with my mate today, and I really couldn't care for dual core anything or an increase in megapixels given those megapixels are pointless due to the utterly dreadful lens infront of the sensor.
The 'best smartphone' crown, imo, will go to whoever can make a smartphone with a battery that lasts several days (and I mean at least a week). I found an old, still in the box Motorola phone when I was having a serious clearout, so I charged it up and put a sim card in it to see how long it would last on standby.

if its a good phone fair enough but if i get one itll be because its agood phone not because its apple
