So, what are they doing about their problem? They are fixing it. It's very, very easy to completely oversee problems and errors in programming. They have had a bad patch recently, and it's not because they are a bad company, it's simply unlucky. They're not going to lose any customers because of a simple technical fault. That is, of course, assuming they're not all as shallow as you.
If you don't want to play DaoC, it's not GOA that will have pushed you to the decision, only you own ignorance in understanding their situation.
