If you're used to Sense, you'll notice something missing straight away. I used to use the email, messages and agenda panels on 3 screens along with HTC's flavour of PowerControl widget and some other widgets unique to Sense. I suppose I miss the common theme between panels and widgets.

Using the Beautiful Widgets Superclock 4x2 with 'HTC V4 Sense 4 - Transparent' skin and 'sense fix' weather icons simulates the HTC clock panel close enough for me to feel comfortable.
The email 4x4 widget does the job well in a minimalist fashion.
Beautiful Togle Widget 1x1 is handy if you want a toggle switch for Brightness, Wifi, Bluetooth, GPS, Silent, Vibrate, Plane mode or 4G. Considering most of those can be accessed from the drop-down notification tray, it's kind of superfluous for most of those functions.
I like the way the 4x1 music player widget can be expanded down to show the next/previous tracks.
S Planner (Month) takes the place of Calendar, but I wish you could change the background colour. Same with S Planner (Task).

Some of the hidden away settings might take time to become useful rather than gimmicky. Double tapping the top of the phone while in a long list takes you to the top of the list. Turning the phone face down while playing music, video or incoming call mutes the sound.

Finally if anyone can come up with a way to get DTMF tones in Dialer instead of the bubble sound, then I would be TRULY grateful. o_O
