how to claim repossesed things back from housing

isnt the furniture and other stuff at some npc?

Ps i havent played the game so you might want to read either goas or mythic foundation manual to check what happens (or ask in excal general )

Afaik its only items in a vault which get saved, furniture and stuff doesn't.

whatever stuff you had in housevaults and consigment merchant will be returned, you can retreive them at the housebankers at the marketplace, at any time.
ALL your internal and external decorations, houselot, the house itself and all your merchants, vaults, crafting tools etc are lost.

so, don't forget to pay rent. buying a new house with all it takes, will always be more expensive than paying rent.
