Silken Mantle is a PoC drop, pretty rare.

The template looks like it doesn't use sigil armour. You might want to look for a slightly newer template, (depending on how much effort you have already put into getting the items for this, this template will be fine for a while)

ah ok cool, that makes getting the armour a little easier. Gonna have to install korts etc and put in all the items to confirm.

alot of the new templates use dragon drops which means farming the mini's. I'd prefer to avoid that if possible as I want to try and rvr asap

As I said before you want a template designed just after lotm came out. I found a decent one but its in German although you can probably work out things. The important thing is to get a template sorted. When you get to rr7+ then you can think about making a pimped template.

You have put the con version of Crown of Zahur in. Clerics can choose the acuity version if they want. You can get +5 dex cap on the hands and +40 hp on the arms. Finally you can also get 5% buffbonus/duration or some extra AF on the feet.

The Construct Forged Ring is from a mob in Laby. It's a guaranteed one time drop for your character. Takes a group or so to beat it iirc.

Guide to farming Maghras:

This boss is not very hard by itself, using standard melee attacks with an occasional fire-bolt to anyone in the group. The problem is his minions, the Marks. Whenever Maghras aggroes he brings out his Marks from the rooms surrounding Maghras' spawn location. The Marks also throw firebolts, and often aggro the chanter directly even if he is a distance away. I have not yet been able to defeat Maghras when i had to face his Marks. Instead, i have found out a way to kill Maghras without having to kill any Mark, by doing the encounter exactly like this every time:

1 I enter the Construct Assembly Room and turn -on- the whistle.
2 I kill the clockworks on my way to Maghras.
3 I place my druid right in front of the relic platform.
4 Disband chanter from the group, suicide chanter to Maghras(making sure i don't stay too close to my druid).
5 /release and run back to the Construct Assembly Room.
6 Whistle should still be on, I turn it -off-, after a moment the whistle resets.
7 I sprint to my druid, and usually die by the respawned clockworks.
8 Resurrected by my druid, i quickly buff up before the whole encounter resets.
9 I do a normal focuspull on Maghras, and find he does not bring out his Marks again, even after the ancient statues get activated and hit the whistle.

But yeah do it with a group first time and all 8 will get a ring. Then just buy one off a tank or somebody who doesn't need it.

Yeah. So what I did was look at the template and it has a crown with 5 con cap. I immediately thought "this must be a typo and the crown is actually 5 Acuity cap"...although the template has 80con which means 5 con cap comes from somewhere...could only find that on the cap

I am sorry its a generic template that works for mid and hib so I assumed it would work for alb as well. You are going to have to drop a few con cap if you want to cap acuity. You can get yourself an extra 5% spell duration which will be good for the length of your stuns.
