Then Albion would have it's turn.

And in the end the underdogs from Hibernia Would be the powerfull realm.

So this can't really come as a schock to anyone.

Pah. That lie is getting old.

Tried to run 1FG tonight (Monday), as the people I play with always do (sometimes we team with another group for maximum 2FG manoevers, but usually just 1FG). Started in Emain, killed a few Albs and they came back with friends. Killed those and next thing we know is we're being over-run by a swarm of 8FG+ Albs. They zerged off to DC and then Crim. We rushed to Crim and 2-3FG of us defended it for a while until overwhelmed by the zerg.

Ok, so we all think to ourselves that maybe Albs were just zerging to open DF. If so, fair enough. Next thing we know is there's 5FG+ of Mids trying to take DC. We get wiped out along with a couple of other groups of Hibs in the area.

So off we go to Hadrians. What do we find? About 8FG Mids camped at AMG in Hadrians! Our 1FG wiped quickly of course. While we're lying there in disbelief, counting the Mids before releasing, the Alb zerg arrives. Must have been at least 8FG Albs also in Hadrians, maybe more. And so it stayed.

So we went to Odins as 1FG. Found out that about 3FG Albs are camping HMG. So, we team with one other Hib group and clear them. Albs come back, but of course Albs being Albs they return with more, at leasdt 4FG maybe more. We get zerged again and all logged.

This isn't a lone occurance. Seems to be all the time lately. On another day recently Albs had zergs of 4-6FG+ in all three frontiers at once (Emain, Odins, Hadrians). In all three places, just camping milegates /yawn.

What is it with you all? Do you actually enjoy these huge zerg battles? If so, that's fine, you've every right to play how you enjoy. But if so, then cut the hypocrisy about how much you claim to hate zergs. If you truly hate zergs, then you'd take your group off elsewhere and stop being part of the problem.

Hibs zerg? Sure we do sometimes, but usually if there's a need to and not to such insane levels of 8FG+ on a 'normal' day. We lack the population anyway of course, but there's a lot of Hib groups who will try and keep separate from any substantial gathering of realm mates.

Didn't bother reading all of that, just a little, I dont like being called a liar I'm not blind, I say what I see and if you wanna prove me wrong sunshine I suggest you get some screenshots instead of posting me an entire essay of 'The day in a Hibs life'.

I never said JUST hibs zerge, I know they dont, I'm focussing my atention on the top 12 from last week. And I'm doing it as more fact than flame.

Prydwen rvr just isnt fun anymore after the zerg culture started again. we had a splendid time after patch with mainly fg vs fg fights but then loe started their zerg and np brought out the hibs "en masse".

After playing a bit on excal, i can see why they find 2fg the most normal thing in the world tho. The server is zerg zerg zerg zerg zerg 2k3 (did i mention zerg yet?)

dm's every second, everywhere you see there's things you describe as zergs on prydwen.

if amg was camped like that on prydwen #daoc.prydwen would have twice the whinerate it has now.but that still is no reason why prydwen should become the same way.

lol and again - everyone claims the other realms are always moving at at least twice their own number....

if there were 50% less whines/nerf cries on the boards those people might even tell the truth because there would actually be enough people in the game....

oh and if you cry about 6fg+ albs in hadrian's wall, call it 'defending our frontier'

When we have to get 2fg in order to could compete with an enemy, this game becomes very boring for me.

But when there is noone around to kill the game is just as boring.

Cernos I think last night was a bit of a one-off. Now all the PVE players have had DF atleast once. All their alts are logged back in DF and ready to farm away for the next week or two.

Reason why Warders dont come out and play no more is cus they have like 3-4 members atm.

Hibs finally have a guild that can put their better than average (Ha! I didn't say overpowered!) classes to good use. And that same guild happens to be able to RvR the entire day. Big deal. It's not like those LWRP tables haven't looked the same but then for Albs or Mids.

i remember it was pretty common for only 1 or 2 hibs to be on top 10 rp earners for the week and now hibs do alright with not that big zergs ive noticed less solo people about but alot more reegular 1fgs going to rvr np just does the same with 2fg.. so? i often see alot of mids/albs (3fg-4fg) around mgs etc and what do you call df last night?
hibs get zerged by 5fg mids then i hear a ton of albs were on bolg crim and dc at once (might have been wrong info..) and then mids take dc what do you expect hibs to do? so most of hibs joined up to retake crim then dc and it wasnt that many at first at anyrate.. can you say only 1 tank on the door? lol
hibs are doing well rvr and now you just moan instead of doing anything... deal with it sort out mids get them to work together to wipe out the huge 'zerg'
also if it was a zerg surely all hibs would have a more averaged rate all roughly the same? not 12 hibs at the top..

IMO zergs are brought about by realm imbalance, over the last weeks my guild have tried to group up more and we all see a common theme. Our 1/2fg Mids vs 1/2fg Albs the end result is based on tactics, who sees who first, with a touch of luck thrown in, we win some we lose some but even in losing we take some enemy with us and have fun (often returning to fight again).

1/2fg Mids vs 1/2fg Hibs forget it we're releasing. Always the same tactics 2-3 Enchanters run at us, we mez, they grp purge, MoC and PBAE. Will we return, very unlikely.

Dont get me wrong Hibs are using the skills given to them to an optimum but the only way to bring down these 'uber' groups is with a zerg, so until we get something to counter just expect more and more zergs coming your way.

Oh hell, a movie of 4-5 good FG vs. FG fights ofcourse sets the norm. Just like those assassin movies give a correct image of how much assassins rule...NOT!

There's a ton of zerging, and the only way to stop it is for people to stop going to bloody emain constantly. If more albs went to mid, more mids went to alb and the hibbies took more trips to alb/mid it would be much better. It is changing, but very slowly, and untill the RvR is evened out across all 3 realms frontiers there will allways be zergs.

Zergs are there cause of realm imbalance, and mythics poorly designed emain zone. If emain was equally as annoying a zone as the other frontiers it would be better, no more large open fields and forced ways to cross a zone.
