All I wanted to show was:

1. there's a definite trend for certain classes to be uber gankers - namely healers and savages.

2. There are barely any cloth casters Not even a BONEDANCER!

3. There are bucket loads of mids. Either they play more, or have the best gank squads, or have manifestly better players.

Not a whine btw, just an observation meant to stimulate discussion, not flames.

Sarcasm noted, but this wasn't my intention. All you can really infer is either:

- some mids play a lot;

- or mids have good organised gank groups;

- or they have better players.

I know it's tempting to argue for a nerf based on these, but this is nowhere near enough justification. Besides, people have been crying over BDs for ages, yet none are in this top list.

What it does indicate imo is that there are many active healers and savages, but we all know this already with the fotm 3 savage 3 healer groups.

Think its a combination of factors

- Midgard has some truly skilled players
- Several very good Gank Squads/RvR Guilds including Blejs grp and Zapsis Grp
- Albs have DF for extended periods meaning Mids have more time for RvR and less for Diamond Farming (for your virtual Villa with its virtual view over a virtual Lake - virtual bollox imo but nm)
- Albs havent realised yet that ganking greys in DF/Uppland etc doesnt give as many RPs as fighting grown up toonz.

Oh and in case you missed it (obviously too much reading involved, or maybe I used words that were too long for you) but I came back to DAOC. Played Prydwen for a bit with my old characters but decided to move to the US servers after the recent GOA debacle.

Anyway, like I said, even I in my part-time-playing-ways have managed to get 100k in one week ... but I do wonder at the dedication of people who make so much more than that. They approach this game as if it's real life. Yes I do think that's kind of sad but hey it's your time - use it as you will

ps: i work 8-16, have a car, earn my own living, go out in the weekends, and i still can manage 400k a week if i want to. Who's the poorest player here ?

You are wrong. I dont think anyone can get good without experience. And with rp's comes experience. Sure a good player can make a alt who will still perform good. Not as good as other higher realm ranks in the same class though, because of the lack of realm abilities.

Btw, in some cases rp dont mean shit...
If i duel a rr1 savage with my rr9 mercenery and dont use dirty tricks. I will lose. Balanced game isnt it.
