Believe it or not, some people dont like to run around emain all day long. Im really sorry for playing a varied form of rvr, i promise not to do it again.

LOL im hardly MR rvr being only RR4 and when i do rvr i do it 90% of time solo. Today i ran with Ero as he dinged rr8 in fact and not only was our group setup far from ideal..no end regen or tanks etc but we were consistantly wiping out more mids than our group size because of playing well not because wizards have an i win button or some such.
When someone did die it was often Ero going down 1st, being a PB/high rr/avalonian i dont know but i know from my old cabalist being a caster in rvr is pure hell so hes done well to get to this rr

Don't bother promsing not to do it again, Im not bitter, i just found it hilarious when you asked why people were so bitter, I find it hilarious that you expect people not to be bitter when you achieve somthing anyone could in your circumstances. Get real, it was easy for you doing it the way you do, and you expect everyone to go.... awww wow, grats eroda, through your hours of farming sub 50's and people at keeps and in zergs you got realm rank 8, wake up .


P.S. and no you havent killed me a million times, as far as I can remeber, you killed my level 50 healer once in DF, my level 41 warrior twice in DF, when he was killing mobs at the time, and my level 31 shaman in bled last night or a few nights ago.

Why not take advantage of the game and get it the easier way?afterall why do it hard when you can easily?(not saying eroda did it at all, i know damn well how hard it is to cast while defending a lord room with no moc, HELLO VOLLEY NON STOP FROM HUNTERS AND RANGERS ALSO AOE DOTS xDDD)

Maybe easy in DF but not in keeps....unless of course you moc a zerg that runs up but even that can be tricky...

Second, Melachi before you start "flaming" someone that has a class that takes no skill to play in your eyes play the class yourself.
You might find out that casters can be interrupted, wow see you learn something everyday.
Its so hard for casters these days if a shammy starts spamming dot/disease or anykind of interruptable spell for a caster to win, sure MoC but thats on a 30 min timer.

No, they don't get congradulated by me, if anyone has been congradulated by me consider it being me just trying to be nice, yes any savage in a proper guild group can get xx ammount of rps if they have the time, so can any bloody ice wizzy.

Lets be honest, anyone with a class that is specced in anyway groupable in either fg-v-fg RvR, or DF sub 50 farmer, or keep farmer, with hours to spend is gonna get a decent realm rank, BW is closing.... I say let freddyshouse be bloody clear of "Grats Blahblahblah xDDD" threads because............

RPS = GROUP * TIME

Get it? No skill, just TIME and group of organised balanced SC'ed buffed people using all their advantges. IE. Savage groups in emain, pbae groups in keeps. Its not to be shunned dinging a high realm rank in these groups, but certanly nothing to be really congradulated on.

Up until the last like 20k rps, i played a 39Mend 37aug healer, how is that difirent from a Cleric? It is, i have to cast Celerity aswell that makes it 1% more dificult.

And guess what, my brother plays a SM, wow intercepting pet, doesnt do much good when i just stand behind a gate and pbae, whats that i get dotted!?!?! run away from the door, get a heal, run back pbae, random pally and armsman dead lol, its easy to defend keeps as a pbae caster and good rps too, again nothing to be ashamed of getting high realm rank doing this, but don't expect everyone to care, or be gratefull

Funny how 99% of the times you cant just "run back and get a heal" for a PBAE caster to be succesfull in open battle you need the enemie boxed in, sure its more easy to defend a keep as PBAE caster than lets say a tank but Erodafira aint sitting in a keep 24/7 most of the times the battles are in the open and like I said you cant run away because that means you either aint PBAE or nuking, and if your assist trained by 7 savages aint really much you can do especially not as a caster combine that with the endless interrupts and if your moc aint up your just a rp cow with 900-1400 hp and no protection.
A caster can be put out of battle by constant interrupts a tank cant be put useless thats another thing why tanks have it so much easier.

I know how annoying it is to be interupted, I aslo know how easy and fun it is to annoy other casters (asd), who cares if casters arent = to tanks in open field, not much a frickin tank can do through a gate is there. If u had any clue what u were talking about (maybe u should try asking your realm mates) you'd know that me and my group fight out in the open more than in keeps. We had some great fights with Bibi's make-shift group in odins only yesterday.

Only major keep defence i can think of in the last few days was at bled when 50 mids came to take it back in which we did defend the lord room succesfully.

Dont understand what your getting at. I rvr in keeps, i rvr in df, i rvr in the open. Whats the problem? If i wanted to do the same thing everyday, id play a FPS.

If i couldn't form a group for half a week, id just make a pbaoe group as always. Theres no set people, i ask in guild, then alliance then elsewhere till group is ready.

Ok, ill simple it down. Realm rank 8 is not dificult for anyone who has as much time and class as you, grats for doing something easy 8 times over. Im not bitter, nor do i have a problem with people farming DF or keeps, im just saying its not worth congradulations, comprende? You see what im getting at is that realm rank 8 in your circumstances is not an achievment, maybe just maybe if you were a monkey and had done it in 24 hours it would, but amazingly your not a monkey and you spent far longer that 24 hours. Please don't think this is aimed only at you, its aimed at everyone who thinks they deserve a Grats thread, when all they did was have the right class and spend enough time to get this far. Im not flaming you, im just pointing out, that ITS NOT ACHIEVMENT, its just a clarafication of how long you played your char in RvR, dont feel bad you shouldnt , but dont feel succesful either, cause you also shouldnt

If u dont think its an achievement, dont post on the thread. I dont personally class myself as a great player anyway, only real difference at all is that i play a caster in the current tank dominated game.

I agree in df, little skill is involved (its more down to speed and causing panic), but thats more for fun and i enjoy attempting to run into the massive pack of mids at the top of their shredders to see if i can pbaoe before im taken down
