Ive always had a reply to my RightNow calls within 24hrs and the vast majority solved within 48hrs, its still not perfect (ohh how we crave for ingame CSR) but its pretty damn good now.

Their customer service was indisputably a steaming pile of walrus shite until very recently (that and their infuriating refusal to give us the co-op server we deserve having long been my two big gripes with GOA).

For someone who has publicly said on many occasions that RightNow is a total pile of shit...since the advent of Requiel and Zenythe at GOA I've had actual bona fide responses to RightNow queries. No, really. And Requiel's updates during the last patch day were all anyone could have asked for, so it actually does look as though they're getting the customer service thingy sussed out at long last.

Now all they have to do is get the long overdue Euro co-op server sorted and we'll be fine (sorry, just had to work it in somewhere) .

i want to let you in on a secret. you dont PAY for customer support from GOA. it is a FREE service. they dont have to be good, they can be what ever they want to be. they will get money from other departments, like most customer support centres etc.
