Help getting the cocking internet activated

does anyone have any idea on how to get this so it's actually done?

me and aoami moved into a new house and ordered a half price sky package with unlimited internet and sky+HD, that was almost 1 month ago. the TV was working fine with in a few days but there were constant unexplained delays with the internet and last week they told us they'd ring me and explain it all. checked it today and it's status is fucking cancelled.

what the fuck can we do now? anyone got any tips to get this sorted finally?

Phone them up & get on their case. If you feel the person at the end of the line is a wombat, ask to speak to a supervisor & don't get off the phone until you're happy with their response.
