I have absolutely no doubts shes going to face a no confidence vote, I don't see a world where her political career continues.

Read some wild rumour that she wanted to resign but party wouldn't let her for fear of losing outright if there was another election.

I don't believe that, if she wanted to resign she'd just resign - even Boris Johnson has publically said he refuses to back her. I think she's genuinely just so delusional, she thinks she can just swan on like nothing has happened.

End of the day, The Conservatives need to undo the damage shes done and they can't even begin to do that with her still leading the party.

If the DUP alliance gets played down with some wangling by the heavies, shell survive, people are forgetting in the euphoria that Corbyn merely did better than expected...and that expectation was very low.
It all revolves around the nutballs in the DUP...can they be reigned in.

I don't think the party could get rid of her quick enough tbh, she's been an absolute disaster from day 1.

I'm getting some popcorn and a video camera because apparently the DUP will be seeking policy by policy... and I can't see Conservatives agreeing to their mental religious views... so this little coalition isn't going to last very long.

This is going to be fucking brilliant.
The religious rulings from their faith have already been set in law and are not part of any of the pledges made afaik. So the gay marriage and stuff are already a done deal they cant influence

Not going to work...pictures of former DUP leader with a gun doing the rounds...this is so fucked up, I think Labour could take this.
Labour clearly have taken this and wont unless there is another election so wtf are you on about.

I think the person that successfully navigates the UK out of Europe will be an absolute legend.

I think that's what she's going for.

It's all shes got left lol. She'd get more respect if she just resigned, rather than drag it out.

Why would Labour want anything to do with power now? They have just destroyed May's mandate, they can sit back and watch that stupid fucking cunt explode in a big steaming pile of hubris.

I have to admit I always thought Corbyn was a bit of a clown but he has single handedly seen off Blair and Mandelson and also fucked the old Etonians right up the arse. The man has an open tab at my local as far as I am concerned.

They somehow came up with yet another letter to form LGBTI
I get it - but why does it bother you so much? Is it that straight + gay is enough for you and that recognition of different sexual orientations (which are just as "valid" as straight or gay) is just too much to cope with?

I mean, it's in the media anyway - where it should be - you can still call them "the gays" in real life if you want to and no-one will care...

Excellent day so far, how so? Sit back a for a minute and actually think what, if anything positive can come from today. Everyone has lost imo
No! What came out of yesterday is that Brexit will be something completely different now. A no confidence in May's Conservative party, and Sturgeon's SNP and the final fall of UKIP.

You need to break a few eggs to make an omelette:)...

Because all they seem to want to do is come up with new and interesting acronyms or new definitions of sexuality, they are getting caught up in marketing when they should be living. Nobody cares about their sexuality, not in the slightest.

I googled to find out it means intersex. Then I had to google what intersex means.

I think Raven has a bit of a point, there's only so long that an acronym can get before it starts to become a parody of itself.

I might have a dig at the trans spectrum...nothing personal to the people involved, its just another nail in the coffin for the absolutes that keep us human.
You can...and we will...given enough time, take everything to its logical limit.
A singularity of form and opinion, we will soon be looking at cyborg rights...then the infinite phases between man and machine, with individuals gathering into groups based on whatevers trending in cyberspace.
I'm not threatened by it, its just one day in the future people will look back.in fondness at simpler times.

I absolutely get that and on one level agree.

But at the end of the day these are groups of people that have faced real and actual persecution and in our evolving society we're going through a changing phase of acceptance - and a lot of that starts with the very language we use.

We'll feel about it the way we feel about it - but in a couple of generations we'll be dead and the young will not bat an eyelid at it. And maybe then that long-lettered moniker will get dropped because the idea of defining someone by their sexuality may be absurd.

In the meantime I understand this, it doesn't hurt me and it makes them feel accepted - so I'm totally OK with it really. Any "oh ffs!" I feel I kick into the long grass and realise I'm a bit of a dinosaur...

I had a lightbulb moment this morning. I realised my hatred for Labour came from New Labour (Blair, Brown, Iraq War etc.). Now that I've taken my ignorant specs off and watched a lot of Corbyn's speeches (especially with young people), I get it. I could see myself voting for Labour in Scotland again depending on how the SNP pan out.

Blaming Corbyn? hahahaha, there is only one person to blame for this mess - Theresa May.

It's our fault apparently

David Cameron. Theresa May should never have been allowed near power in the first place. Everything that's happened in the last 18 months, and everything that's going to happen in the next five years, is David Cameron's fault.

Hohoho

A majority (59.48%) of Tory members now believe Mrs May should resign, according to a snap survey by the Conservative Home website yesterday.

It found that just 36.66% of the 1,503 respondents believe she should stay on.

The survey had not been carried out as a weighted sample as people self-selected to vote in it.

Editor Paul Goodman said the results were "astonishing" and "the most damning finding that in one of our polls that I can remember".

Put it down to the fact there was too many people willing to blindly follow May despite every shred of evidence showing she was not very good.

I like how May and her party seem genuinly sad and upset over some of their party losing their seats, more sad both in words and body language than they have ever expressed over normal people losing their jobs, benefits or life's due to government policies lol

I have absolutely zero sympathy for The Conservatives - they trusted May with her position and arrogantly thought people would just fall for their bollocks again and vote Conservative.

Not laughing now, are they.
