It was answered on the BBC news today, it's got something to do with the colour contrasts making it easier for TV viewing, the crowd and the linesmen.

Justin Bieber doesn't write, compose, record and perform his own material. Well maybe he sings a little but his pitch is corrected by computer so that doesn't really count does it? He's just a performing monkey wheeled out to his screaming pre-pubescent fans to generate money for fat men in Ferraris.

Roger Waters wrote Dark Side of the Moon in his late 20s and it's still as relevant today as it was then, perhaps moreso. Lets see how many people are still listening to Justin Bieber in 40 years time.

Syd Barrett was awesome as was Roger Walters. Pink Floyd with Gilmour was just not the same not threatening enough. However I dont understand why they are being called overrated and can not even be compared with the teenage girl pant wetting success of Beiber... Piper at the Gates of Dawn was just sheer brilliance, Animals was a fantastic as was Wish you were here (really crazy things were happening in my life when I got into both those albums).... I was not a fan however of Momentary Lapse of Reason or Division Bell
