wow just fucking wow 15 injuries now, at this rate my team will be unable to field a team within 3 matches, training is set to light has been for months.
Sorry SI but this is just unrealistic.
Also what the hell is with my defenders knocking balls out for corners when it could have been EASIER to knock it out for a throw in?
My players were complaining because they thought their training was too much?
My whole fucking team is a bag of shit strikers are a bag of shit couldn't hit a fucking battle ship let alone the damn goal.
Midfielders get fucked over way to easily.
Defenders just fucking sit there.
I'm playing teams lower than me that play like Barcalona with the way they move the ball around the pitch.
I have a 4-1-2-1-2 formation i have every player at my disposal in their favourite positions and the team just gets ripped apart every damn time watching extended highlights is just watching the other team get shot after shot after shot.
What the hell am i doing wrong? everything by the looks of it.
If you have low reputation because you started with sunday league rep, or if you're just shit or they hate you then they probably won't take in what you say at team talks much.
I think that's fine if you play as a random Sunday league team and move up the ranks, gain reputation, move up the leagues or change teams etc. But if you pick a high league team you should set yourself up as such.
It's a game about you, not the team you are managing.
I like FM but I just don't have the concentration or patience for it. I wish you had a kind of lite version where you could fully automate certain parts of the game. I just don't understand training and would rather just leave it to the computer to sort it all out. Whether or not you can do that in the latest one I don't know, I don't think you could in the last one I bought (2011)
That's why I liked CM10 I think it was, it was FM without all the bullshit basically, CM10 was pretty fun too, remember selling Reina for Man City for 60m lol..
Into 19/20 season on.. survived my first season in the top flight without really ever staring in the face of relegation.
Invested £12mil in the summer in a bid to kick on, 4 games in and I've beaten Malaga and Villarreal whilst drawing with moneybags Granada and Valencia, sitting 2nd behind Real.
In my work career game Mbaye Niang has overtaken Henry for record league goals scored. Needs about another 40 to beat it altogether, and at the rate he scores it should be possible!
I'm back on the horse again after getting frustrated and not playing for a while
started out unemployed, and somehow ended up at Parana in the Brazilian 2nd Division, what is it with these crazy brazilian teams, ive got about 20 players on loan, and all my players are out at other clubs, most bizarre.
I would ask someone at the club, but i dont speak portuguese which is apparently a problem.........
This game pisses me off so much, honestly.. what the fuck.
It seems to be IMPOSSIBLE to keep any sort of form for more than a month...
Plus the board expect me to challenge for the Premiership as the Liverpool manager with a £2m transfer budget.. yeah.. good luck with that.. for fuck sake... near impossible unless I download a tactic from a FM forum which exploits the weaknesses of the Match Engine.
I have put over 100 hours in to this version by the way.. not saying this after playing for an hour and raging that I have been sacked..
The game has just got a lot harder since FM09 imo.
I decided to take up this Lollerpool challenge as i've never EVER played as them on FM and I wanted to see if it was as hard as Keitenz made out. Halfway through my first season, 3rd in the league with my own tactics. Signed Hinkel and Maniche on frees and Soitris Ninis for about £1.5mil I think. Trying to sell Suarez in January because I don't want that racist scum in my team and i'll use the cash to buy Mohammed Bangura from Celtic and Gylfi Sigurdsson on loan with a view to buy. Will try and bring in Sidney Sam if money allows.
Easy.
edt - also signed Jong Tae-Se on a free from Bochum (signs July 2012)... my first North Korean in Football Manager!
