fancy playing a game 20 years on so its just newgens but with old players as managers/coaches and a save is quicker than holidaying

I'm at 23/24 season if you want that? It's pretty much just newgens and 33 year old 'real players'

anyone know a place to download FM saves? Used to use a forum a couple of years backs which had start of season saves up to about 2050, but cant for the life of me remember what its called.

search the forum, general section, theres a bloke whos holidayed to 2350 and should have the saves at 50 year period up for download.

godammit. just started a new game as notts forest manager. got through all of pre season winning every game. Beat Oldham 7-1 in the last game then the game crashed

weird. reloaded, played the last friendly and it crashed again, then when it closed steam was trying to install something to do with FM2012, then that fell over as well saying "steam servers too buisy to handle request" which is what it did the last time.

I'm at that point at the moment, started playing a game again after about 6months out. was about 5games in to a new season, but couldn't remember who my decent players were etc ;o

Although i do seem to have recruited around 5 wonder kids for my fc cottbus team (started unemployed) most have 4.5 or 5 star future ratings and only cost a few hundred k each

I just went back to my 2014/2015 Newcastle save... honestly.. either this game is just broken or I'm incredibly unlucky.

Two seasons in a row now that my team have been performing very well (2nd in Prem) until around the start of March.. then they just completely implode and I start losing 4-0 to Everton and losing to teams like Everton etc...

6th in the prem with 4 games left now.....

I constantly rotate players too, so they can't be too tired or whatever..

Constant rotation would be your problem then.

Yeah, you can't keep rotating everyone because familiarity lowers. Players also get pissed off with it.

This isn't from my game, but it's amazing:

I don't really know how this happened, I won the CL and PL last year and somehow ended up entered in the Europa as well as the CL. Now I have 14 fixtures in April, including a casual week of straight games with only one day off

Bolton Home & Away on the 23rd looks fun

They should try and implement some sort of difficulty slider. I know its harder to mange worse teams but it still seems a bit to easy when managing the top teams

Well then set yourself with a Sunday League reputation... that's the difficulty level right there. If you start with a high rep of an international footballer of course it will be easy...

I always start out as a sunday league footballer, cause thats what I was well if im being myself I cant say I played for Newcastle Utd really can I....

that might be why I struggled when my first job in my current game was managing a 2nd division team in brazil with only 2 english speakers in the team...
