And I don't have a pic of my reaver anymore.. It had a nice kill/solo ratio tho! Even if I was no where near getting a title of any sort

Just looking at some old screenshots, my kills/deathblows/solo kills ratio on the Cabalist was 5649/1872/99 which in my opinion isn't bad for a character not specced as a primary damage dealer, here is my Bonedancer title ...

This was taken when we got the free week from Mythic, as Logi will tell you there was some good action. I managed to get 7 deathblows on my Cabalist in about an hour, and 4 deathblows on my Bonedancer before I logged off .

It's called an "Alchemist's Billhook". They were available to all realms and weren't weapons but misc items you could equip. I think it was part of some event but the merchant that sold them for 1g was there for quite a while .. though last time I checked he was gone. He was found in the capital cities.

If you do not feel that it is a big deal, then why are you taking the time to post in this thread? No doubt you have read it and marvelled at my achievements.

And please do not talk to me about effort. You have no idea how much effort it may or may not have taken me to achieve 33,000 kills in a battleground as sparsely populated as Thidranki. I played against templated, buffed guild groups who all had high Realm Rank alts with lots of experience in RvR.

It takes a lot of effort and skill - certainly much more than is needed for people like Maelstrom who run RR11+ groups and gank everything below RR5.

Thanks for backing me up Zergers, though these comments don't really bother me anymore - I get so many of them. They just make me sigh, because people are ignorant.

I agree with you. I used to believe that Thidranki required more skill, but I have matured since then and I do realise the limitations of playing at level 24 =).

However, what I will say is that Thidranki is harder than a lot of people give it credit for. There are a lot of set groups running with players, as I mentioned above, with considerable RvR experience - they know what they are doing. I think people should try it rather than lambasting people who enjoy playing battleground RvR.

Thidranki just reminds me of OF RvR, the only time I ever really enjoyed playing my level 50 characters, because there a less abilities (RAs, artifacts, MLs, CLs) - it is DAoC in its purest form. But that is merely my opinion.

I noticed your location is Athens, I have family near Panormou and go there atleast twice a year (although I speak very little of the language) - is that a place you are familiar with?

yes Panormou is a quite famous region in Athens .

i had a Sb on Thid (tho i am back to daoc only 4 months now - i had to play since 2004-2005) with the name Xasapaklas.

And i know for what are you talking about.

Thid isnt easy either, but many untemplate guyz run there for fun.

In the 50lvl rvr you rarely see an untemp guy.

i think that in lvl 50 rvr Lone Enforcer title is a very respectfull thingy.

I would say to you that getting Lone Enforcer in Thidranki is considerably easier than getting it in 50 RvR. Mostly because you get less adds and there is less action, so it is more likely that you will come across soloers.

However, do not confuse time with difficulty. Lone Enforcer may just take a few months or, in your case, many years. And whilst I believe that in 50 RvR it is a fantastic achievement; it certainly isn't difficult in Thidranki. I have about 150 solo kills on my Nightshade and most of them were attained by either killing casters in under 2 seconds or comfortably winning 1vs1 fights against tanks or other stealthers.

Once again, time and difficulty are two different things.
