Yeah, if they are overwhelmed by stuff. Then they should higher more people. I mean its at the end of the acedemic year, i'm sure there are a number of computer 2nd years, with nothing to do over the summer that could get some decent experience.

Most people are on holiday in france this week,

2 public holidays this week, so most people use up their free days and a day holiday and take the whole week. Don't expect anything much to happen until next week.

Makes you wonder whether the people moaning about not getting an answer on right now, actually phrase their questions in a reasonable manner, or take the same attitude in asking for help as they do in moaning when they dont get it.

Out of curiousity why wasn't this stated in a non exsistant friday news last week then? And yes, I do understand that your busy with the patching process however I do believe the french and german sides of the webby got a update.

Actually it was in the news already two weeks ago warning of this upcoming delay. The missing update on friday was an internal misunderstanding, not a lack of care, which we apologize for.

Then I might aswell stop paying for this crappy service I get, and start playing on US servers where there is actually very good service. Since the problem is effecting my epic, I can't do it. Thus, i'm very unhappy.

i rofl that they do this just after their spiel about raising the prices to provide better service.

my rightnow post from the 23rd of may is still unanswered, hmm so now that usa costs the same as euro and they get a) more servers b) 100x better support c) 100x faster patches d) a test server e) INGAME support


goa need to get their fucking act together IMO.

thankfully i havent had to use right now much in the past, but when i did i got some lame auto generated replies that had nothing to do with the question. Problem is the have a monoploy on DAOC in europe and i dont really want to go and play with the americans. Goa really if you want to run servers or whatever on futer games you are going to have to pull your fingers out.
Few questions.
1) When are you going to upgrade our servers? I believe everyone else has new ones.
2) When are we going to get in game support?
3) How can you justify the price increase for exactly the same poor service, are we subsudising the rest of europe? (hmm sounds familier)
4) when are you going to fix the xhml (or whatever its called) ?
Soz about crap spelling been on the juice all evening :D
