on excal there is no ground whatsoever for a 15 tank to go RvR
how is the situation on prydwen, can I find hibbies and albs to kill at 15? and will all the purple cons leave me alone? (unless I get dumb and attack em that is

Nope, at level 15 we'd just use you as target practise

It is extremly unlikely that you will see anything but purple at lvl 15, at lvl 30 most middies are purple or red, with the odd exceptions, from experience at a low lvl, most middies will gank you, or snipe you, while most hibbies i met will just walk past, but there are always exceptions to any rule.

Don't even bother going to RvR till at least 30 IMO. I didnt start RvR properly till 35.
