Dutch chello users in big trouble

Can someone please dig up the support email adres from goa so we can tell them that they, with there isp block, have cut of a big part of all dutch daoc players.. i am gettin desperate people, so please respond

This could well take a few days if not weeks. If GOA banned Chello's IP's for hacking/violation reasons I think this tale is going to have a loooonggg tail....

if GOA is blocking your chello IP's than it has very little use to mail them while on chello (as that is also being blocked)? Better to go to a friend/work/56k modem to mail?

Damn, i thought this was going to be a thread about people playing the Chello. I'm fairly disappointed now.

If this is going to take more then a week I'm quitting Chello and will move to ADSL. I have had nothing but bad experiences (especially financial..) with Chello & UPC so ADSL seems the best next option if they don't fix this very fast.

Yup.. all should quit chello getting damp over here.. havent been able to play for like 3-4 days .
have emailed and all to goa / chello support etc..

I see plenty of reasons why I should quit chello...


1) bad customer service (they don't even have online support)
2) bad pings, bad lag, many times inet doesn't even work
3) financial problems, they have taken off too much money off my bank account 3 times in a row, had to literally yell at them through the phone to get it fixed
4) they have upgraded the price the past 3 years I have it at least 4 times for what reason? None other but getting more money of us.. since they have monopoly position they are abusing it.


Those 4 alone are reason enough to quit chello. But I'll wait.. if they can fix this before monday is over I'll reconsider

Reason we whine about chello now is because we have a reason to whine about them now. I whine about chello all the time. I just don't do it here since there has never been a reason to do it here.

I usually whine against my girlfriend & friends about chello

this is the first time that a direct issue with Chello leaves me unable to play Camelot for a whole weekend.

So naturally.. we whine about it on BW
