Hi
I wonder if anyone else is having trouble staying connected to excalibar at the moment, cos it's driving me mad here.
I double click, the updater patches me to US installer, I redo update.dat, updater reinstalls EU installer, I connect .......
I'm sitting trinketing in domnann and every 3 mintues or so the Lag and Packet loss lights go red and I have to stop whatever I'm doing in the hope I get through it with no Linkdead. If I just sent some chat to /gu or am moving at the time it happens, it's a definate linkdead. When I reconnect, AGAIN it tries to install the US patch.
It's been like this for almost 24 hours now and happens repeatedly, without fail.
I pinged and tracert to the camelot .21 and .23 ip's and it seemed ok. Regular browsing etc seem fine.
I did update XP to sp1 yesterday. I noticed my firewall was being spammed by outgoing ms messenger packets, which I sorted out. I don't see any other firewall problems and the port forwarding rules (nor anything else on firewall settings) havent been changed.
Any advice would be gratefully received.
