Imo, lets just all start chars in alb and we can run about being OPed, there wont be anyone to kill, but we will still be OPed =P

Get ur ar*e back to the realm that needs some skill to play on Bondo, no more vacation over in N00lbion =P.

No one is forcing you to remain ice, and like Stajjijjon says, fire is pretty good for soloing these days. I don't see you being able to play that "ice martyr" card when there are better options available to you, sorry.

like you say, earth and fire are the better options. after last patch I skipped around a week with different specs. 50 fire, 19 earth is just plain brutal. hugely efficient, fat rp, borderline OP. the ultimate `blow shit up` spec at this moment.

but I found `2 shot kill club` boring however. hugely satisfying, ok. but nowhere near as challenging as i find my ice wiz.

and the `ice martyr`, hmm, lol. I`M NOT DEAD YET.

ice is probably the lesser spec for wizards and arguably the weakest pbaoe class/spec in the 3 realms, but i like it and i am having fun with it.

Erm, wouldn't a voidritch/bain assistpair drop anything like flies as well? Voidie debuffs, stuns and bain needs two to three nukes to drop a caster with the high delve. And imagine the bolt love patch after which the bain only needs one nuke after the voidie debuff and bolt has softened the target.

Yep, they would, however, if you do a comparison in utility bain+voidy vs a sorc+caba you kinda see how pale it is. The utilpacked albcombo with high DPS and both have ML9pets > bain+voidy, Voideld really lack in utility and a chanter+eld would do alot better in most situations I think

If he's a fire whiz he won't even need the sorc, thanks to the built in heat debuff. And there was never really an issue with the bolts against casters, top range and brutal damage at high RR (remember Alaron anyone?). Playing a Ment I feel every alb caster seems to hit harder than I do, and who in his right mind takes a chanter/ment combo in their group when they can have eld/bain?

Sorcs debuff debuffs alot more than the 15% wiz autodebuff is at, the damage wiz do with a sorc debuffing is quite insane And yeps, Menta is a tad below the other casters imo, its great for pve though!
