I have the same problem, i get a new top release, play it for 5mins and think "been here done that", turn it off and never play it again

I get this alot. Mostly because although new a shiny coloured, deep down, most of the blockbusters we play now are the same as we played 5-10 years ago. Only the story is different and once you've done that once.....

I'm hesitant to hit the sumbit button but will do so if I can't get on before 7pm. That gives them over two hours (I tried originally at 4:30) - if they can't fix their shit before then they can fuck off.

tbh I have enjoyed it. I doubt I will play all that much after unlocking inferno though, there just isn't any longevity in it because none of the drops are usable for your class.

A grand total of 3 items have dropped that I could use from level 10-60 from Normal mode up to the end of act 3 Hell.

For a loot game that is pretty hilarious.

Looking forward to Torchlight 2!

As far as I know, if you can argue that your product doesn't work (IE you can't play it) you can try to get a refund for the physical item, digital download is another matter though.

I believe some people have. They don't make it easy from what I can see though - which is why I'm going to open a support ticket at 7pm - they have to answer it and if they can't directly give a refund they can certainly explain the process.

If you can't get a refund they must be breaking the law.

nope 731 POS i've been carrying for ages I did have a 1200dps 2hander but I got rid of it because the differences in damage were barely noticeable, 1h+offhand for life.

thats my MF suit, got 202% MF without any valor buff.

You have 7 days on any digital product even if you used a key/whatever, its uk law.

Just write that you're claiming your right to a refund under 7 days uk law/etc etc.

Although I am enjoying reading this seeing as you told me offline mode wasnt necessary prelaunch

Nice to see the game is finally working as intended. Doubt they'll lose a huge amount of players over the constant bugs and shit launch but i'm sure torchlight 2 will pick up a hefty amount thx to blizzards incompetence.
