i was in a situation where i was desperate and quite happy to do cleaning jobs

unfortunately no one would hire me as i was overqualified, they rejected my application on the basis that as soon as a better offer would come along i would take it, then they would need to start all over again with recruitment

so just saying people are lazy shites is a bit of a limited viewpoint, you have to consider that the guys hiring cleaners are not willing to take on someone with a degree simply because they know that as soon as anything at all comes along, that person is out of there

but then when i was unemployed in the UK, i was a foreigner too so maybe its a good thing i didnt get a job there

Doctors? That is down to us not recruiting/training enough of our own or the ones we do train fucking off to work somewhere else.
