That was really really bad. He felt he had a right for his clan and teh toher to invade and take over a public server, force everyone to leave and then play a clan game. What an arsehole.

Kick-vote is usually a terrible idea. Can be a pain to get rid of cheats without it tho :/

So let me get this straight, BW public servers are always public servers, cos I was asked to leave by two clans who said the BWAdmin had said they could do use the public server fopr a clan match. Now I thought they were talking crap so I kept rejoining to irritate the bastards...Whats the alternative?

Yeah well get used to seeing tihs happen alot more in the future, simply because those bookable servers have a lot less pl and stable connection than those wanky duel servers, so expect to spectate some up and coming duels in them.

Of course, if they treat the duel servers to some renovation, then that wouldn't be the case, but it doesn't appear that thats going to happen

Its the attitude of yeti, the way he stormed in and demanded an admin clear the server for his clan match.

Struck me as selfish and extremely cuntish.

I had a long chat/argument with cosmos on irc as wel.

He made some good points, but he also made some stupid comments.

For example he said you cant change the timelimit and player limits on the qw bookables hence why no one uses them

Thats not true, you can all u need to know is some
simple rcon commands.

He stated that not enough qw players knew rcon and thats why they invaded adn took over pubbies.

TIs a very lame argument for breaking rules on the use of public servers.
