Wow. A 16% increase - an extra 873 self-inflicted deaths. Covid polishes that shit off in a morning.
Love to believe that wouldn't you. It's the only straw you've got left to grasp at really. But given viruses across the board are taking a panning (flu, norovirus, STDs, yadda yadda yadda) it seems that Occam's Razor is appropriate here.
5% of historical levels of flu suggest, even if competition is a factor, that lockdowns are working very very well - and the handful of deaths from all other sources simply pale in comparison to the deaths we're preventing using lockdowns.
My wife's family had to bury a 23 year old due to a self inflicted death brought on by lockdown, so I'm really struggling at this point not to think you are a massive cunt, effectively @Job with a copy of Das Kapital.
I was going to compose a further reply at this point, detailing research on the collateral damage of the restrictions and how ultimately deaths from the restrictions through missed treatments, suicides, drug overdoses would probably end up outnumbering those from COVID but nah, you'd probably just hand wave those deaths away as well like the piece of smegma that you are.
