What about Germany and France - their testing is better....Scandi populations are a lot less. I dont understand ? Things dont scale 1:1 in complexity. Much denser population etc mean there a lot of variables other than just size. And some of the scandi countries are very rich compared to size of population.

- Finland: 5,474,083.
- Norway: 5,258,317.
- Iceland: 338,349.
- Greenland: 55,860.
- Faroe Islands: 49,864.
