Converting .oog to .mp3

Howdy,

Is there a cheapo freeware program that any of you can recommend for changing all my *.oog files (winamp files) to *.mp3 so I can put them on my iPod? I'm rather miffed that I have all this good (relatively speaking) music that I can't listen to on my iPod.
