every realms has downsides and upsides.
most servers mids was steamrolled in US servers when NF launched and still are lowest numbers whit relics, hibs whit lowest pop are still having most relics, not sure now thou dont seen lately any numbers.
mids come back, sooner or later but blaming each other? no reason.
there is so many different playstyles what players, just play together when needed!.
learn new areas and tactics, there will be payback time, sooner or later.
and about those who has grab most relics etc and banging shield as gankgroup? many relicraids was planned so secret, most mids didnt have any idea there was relicraid going, only warning come when relic was captured, and sudden screaming in /as need backup to hadrian/emain! relic inc.
