Insults are in general false accusations. When it comes to Superficial insults, I'm way way way against that. Peronsal insults are tricky however, I for once won't take part in calling people stupid. However, calling people capitalistic sluts might be offensive, but it shouldn't be. Claiming a drop is capitalistic, and the perfect word to define a capitalist is = slut.

I think you should announce 1 class of which you will be lotto'ing for, barring you from lotto of another. Just because you're playing a Cleric as back up doesn't mean you get the right to lotto for your Armsman main and the Cleric etc.
So, basically choose 1 class to lotto for, with proof that you do need it for that class. Then, you should also be allowed to lotto for one friend if needed to, but all of this should all be announced in advance, ofcourse.

Hmm that weapon looks really cool.
If it's anything like my breastplate I wouldn't set your hopes too high on it going off very often. -_-
I went RvR for 6 hours yesterday and for all I remember it only went off once... Is there an on/off switch I have to press or something? I don't like my 180 heal going to waste. :eek7:

Procrate tested somewhere with the inf vest (same proc) and it had the same procrate over 4000hits taken as the crafted ablative proc.

If, before the next Sidi raid I can't use the vest to get the anchor, I'll give it to Tahngarth who got 2nd highest in lotto.

i was playing a friends char who has a sidi torso piece. on a realm guard, it procced 5 times in a row, and for 225 not 180
