Cabalist spec

Hi guys,

I am planning on rolling a cabalist soon but I am a bit puzzled about the spec. I found some old guides where body and matter are the way to go and on the vn boards a lot of people seem to be going for high spirit till they reach a decent rr and then they go for the cookie cutter tri-spec.
Are there any experienced cabalists out there willing to help me out with some advice?

i went matter to 40 for the ae-dot+ae-disease+ae-dot & kite xp method, worked rly well. at 40 i respecd to 33spirit rest body. think it worked out ok... but u could stay matter longer if your willing to burn a respec stone.

33spirit 25matter 34body is my spec now @ 50. great class, great spec, wish i'd rolled one instead of wizard way back when
